I have tried all the other major eCommerce platforms, and it has quickly become evident that Zoho is the best for small to mid-sized businesses. Good things, I have found about using Zoho Commerce:-

1. For existing Zoho users, the seamless integration is like a game-changer. They will experience excellent connectivity with other Zoho apps and third-party tools, reducing operational silos.

I find Zoho Commerce easy to use. The design is straight forward, and its great for starting an online business without much tech know how. I've tried ZohoCommerce and its great for starting out in ecommerce. However, I feel it misses some advanced features that other popular platforms have, if they bring all those in Zoho, then I think it will become one of the best products.
