      Apollo's customer service is top-notch and I wouldn't consider any other competitors. I recommend them to everyone I encounter. Apollo outperforms other SEPs by storing and extracting data from LinkedIn, which enables my team to enroll contacts in sequences more efficiently. The sequence builder is more streamlined than other SEPs and I can accomplish tasks much quicker due to the excellent user experience. However, I'm not a fan of how manual the process is for updating contacts when they have job updates. Aside from that, I can't find any other reasons to dislike this software. I switched to Apollo because Outreach sequences were too complex for a lifecycle AE like me to invest time in. They might be more suitable for organizations with Admins who manage the email templates and scripts, but for my team and me, there was too much complexity that took away from actually getting activity on the board.
