Overall, I think Lusha is a decent product that saves me time, although there are a few issues that need to be addressed. I've been billed for contact details that either bounce back or connect to the wrong person. The feature that lets me extract contact details from LinkedIn members saves me hours of manual searching each week. However, the success rate for accurate email or phone numbers is only around 60%. Even when I report incorrect contact details, I'm still charged a credit. Also, the software keeps showing an upgrade option that I have to keep minimizing, even though I'm already subscribed to that option. The vendor responded to my feedback in May 2022, expressing appreciation for the feedback and a commitment to improve.
