When we founded Lightyear, the vision was bigger than telecom workflow software. We wanted to build The Telecom Operating System: software built on the strongest business telecom dataset possible, capable of giving teams practical insights and, eventually, doing things for them. Recent advances in LLMs have made it possible to begin delivering on that vision. Today, we’re launching Lightyear Dispatch and our first two AI agents, the Quoting Agent and Implementation Agent. Dispatch gives teams a natural-language way to query their telecom data, build custom reports, and navigate Lightyear. Behind the scenes, the Quoting Agent and Implementation Agent take on work across sourcing and implementation, using Lightyear’s proprietary telecom data and workflows to help customers get more qualified bids faster and catch install risks earlier. And this is just the beginning. We’ll continue expanding what Dispatch can do, improving our existing agents, and introducing new agents across the telecom lifecycle. Live shopping has become one of the fastest-growing ways for businesses to reach customers online. Instead of relying on traditional ecommerce listings, sellers use live video to showcase products, answer questions, and interact directly with buyers. As more businesses adopt the format, demand has grown for better tools to manage and grow those businesses. Founded by Grant LaFontaine and Logan Head, Whatnot gives businesses a platform to sell through live video across categories including collectibles, fashion, beauty, electronics, and more. The company is expanding its AI tools to help sellers create listings, understand their business, reach more customers, and spend less time on administrative work. Whatnot has already surpassed its entire 2025 gross merchandise volume of more than $8 billion just halfway through 2026. Buyers have more than doubled over the past year, more than 650,000 people join the platform every week, and the number of sellers reaching more than $1 million in lifetime sales has more than doubled. The new funding will help Whatnot expand internationally, invest in seller tools, strengthen marketplace trust and safety, and continue building its live commerce platform. This milestone is a recognition of the scale Fora advisors have already built. Nearly three times an hour, someone becomes a travel entrepreneur for the first time on Fora. The number of Fora advisors booking over $2M per year tripled over last year. And we recently crossed 1 million hotel bookings. The bigger story is what comes next. For decades, travel technology has too often been built to move value away from the human advisor. Our belief is different: technology should make advisors more valuable, not less. AI will play a major role in that future, but not by replacing the human judgment, taste, relationships, and advocacy that make the difference between a good itinerary and a great trip. Today, I’m proud to share that Pomelo Care has raised $92 million in Series C funding. Now valued at $1.7 billion, we’re entering this next chapter covering nearly 7% of U.S. births after proving that our virtual care model reduces preterm births, NICU admissions, and medical costs at scale. This capital allows us to take what we’ve accomplished in maternity care and apply it across the full spectrum of women’s and children’s healthcare, from reproductive care, pregnancy, pediatrics, and hormonal health through perimenopause and menopause, to long-term preventive care and condition management. We’re applying the same clinical rigor and accountability that has driven better outcomes and lower costs for patients, employers, and health plans nationwide. What makes me most proud is how far our model has come. Early on, many questioned whether proactive, virtual-first, evidence-based care could really scale. Zach Goldstein liked thisZach Goldstein liked thisEmail I sent to our CEOs this week. My advice: follow it even if you’re not an Eclipse CEO. Team, I’m more bullish than ever that we are in front of the largest opportunity in human history to build and scale physical companies. But being bullish on the opportunity does not mean we should be loose on burn. The environment can change very fast. Capital markets can tighten, customers can delay decisions, supply chains can move, and timelines can slip. A great company can still get killed if it runs out of cash before it gets to the next major milestone. I want every CEO to be extremely disciplined around burn. Spend aggressively where it creates real enterprise value: product, customers, manufacturing capacity, critical talent, and milestones that materially de-risk the business. Be ruthless everywhere else. Know your runway. Know what milestones your current cash gets you to. Have a plan if the next round takes 6–12 months longer than expected. Don’t build the company assuming capital will always be available on attractive terms. We should play offense, move fast, and think big. But the companies that win this cycle will combine ambition with financial discipline. Don’t die on your way to glory. Lior

At one “Mississippi” per second, counting every dollar in Antares’ nearly $1 billion contracted defense order book would take about 31.7 years nonstop. No sleeping. No breaks. And the company has only been around for about three years. Congratulations to Jordan Bramble and the entire Antares team on the Janus win. It’s truly incredible to see this team serving the US Army, United States Air Force, and the United States Space Force. Our contracted defense order book is now nearly $1B, and we will deploy dozens of reactors in the years ahead. This program has been a year in the making, modeled after what NASA COTS was for SpaceX. A rigorous technical evaluation was conducted on every reactor developer. We passed the bar with flying colors. As the Army says, "The Sun rises and sets at Fort Bragg." Zach Goldstein liked thisZach Goldstein liked thisI’ve joined Quiet Capital! Quiet is an investment firm with billions in AUM, backing companies from idea to pre-IPO. We're direct investors in OpenAI, Anduril, SpaceX, Databricks, ElevenLabs, SSI, Periodic Labs, and many more of the companies defining this generation of technology. Quiet was founded by founders. In addition to investing, the firm also builds companies — which is part of what makes the platform so distinctive. We’ve entered a new phase of private technology markets. A small set of category-defining businesses are now compounding faster, scaling further, and staying private longer than any prior generation of technology winners. That creates a different kind of opportunity. At Quiet, I’ll be helping lead the Access Fund: a concentrated late-stage strategy focused on the most important private companies in the world. This mandate builds directly on the work I’ve been fortunate to do at Expanding Capital, investing in companies like Databricks, Canva, ClickHouse, and Skydio, and leaning into secondaries during periods of market dislocation. At Quiet, my focus will be primary investments, with the flexibility to pursue secondaries, tenders, and other opportunities where we have differentiated access and conviction. This is a dream role. I first met Lee Linden, Quiet’s Co-Founder, ten years ago when he moved to New York. Since then, Lee and the Quiet team have become co-investors, collaborators, and close friends. We’ve worked together on defense opportunities, secondaries, late-stage private companies, and co-hosted dinners to help grow the NYC tech and venture community together. I’ll be based in New York City and spending meaningful time in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Austin, and wherever else the best companies are being built. A note on the firm’s name: Quiet Capital is intentionally low-profile. We are Quiet, but not silent. I’ll admit, staying quiet does not come naturally to me. But I’m learning :) However, what I’ve seen consistently over the years is that founders and LPs who work with Quiet talk about the team’s impact, even when the firm itself stays in the background.
