Raynforst Island is an island in Mario & Luigi: Brothership. It is found drifting in the Lushgreen Sea and can be visited after Rumbla Island is linked. Billdit is found here, and if this island is linked before Twistee Island, Billdit runs the workshop on Shipshape Island for the rest of the game. The Concordian Peddler makes his debut here, and can be found sporadically on other islands, often those without settlements with shops.
History[edit]
Mario and Luigi arrive on Raynforst Island seeking Billdit. Although they manage to find him, they are unable to reach the Lighthouse since the gate leading to it is closed. The two brothers seek out the four flower switches that unlock the gate, and along the way, they happen upon a Toad who has wound up here as well. The Toad tells the brothers that he and two other Toads been separated from each other. After overcoming obstacles, the brothers reunite the Toads.
While seeking a floral crown for Burnadette and Chilliam's wedding, Mario and Luigi can optionally return to Raynforst Island if they follow Shun's plan, who was disguised as a merchant. Mario and Luigi come across Shun, who has trampled all the Whirliblooms in the flower garden. Shun is picked up by a Snaptor, and dispatches several Spike Zok Troopers. After the brothers vanquish these foes, one of the Concordian gardeners informs them of a Blue Rafflesia, a unique and beautiful flower that no one has ever seen. During the search, Mario and Luigi must battle three Piranha Plants after one of them nearly eats Snoutlet. After retrieving the Rafflesia, the gardener uses it to make the floral crown.
A Monster Maniac appears here with Hydro Seedles whose healing powers have been amplified.
