  • A3 Thinking: Structuring and applying problem-solving frameworks.
  • Comparative overview: Lean versus Agile versus Six Sigma.

3. Lean Kanban Systems (4 hours)

  • Key components and fundamentals of the Kanban system.
  • Effective management of Kanban boards.
  • Implementing Pull systems and Work In Progress (WIP) limits.
  • Monitoring flow through Lead Time, Cycle Time, and Takt Time metrics.

4. Lean in Operational Processes (4 hours)

  • Conducting Value Stream Mapping (VSM).
  • Identifying and addressing waste in banking operations.
  • Implementing KAIKAKU for rapid improvement.
