KINDLY NOTE:-

1. The Afplication Form, duly filled in and sisned bv the parent onlv, should
be submitted there and then at the counter.

2. Any application form taken outside the school gates will be rejected. Any
disorderly conduct near the gates will not be tolerated. Forms may not be
given / accepted from such persons. Vigilance and monitoring shall be done
by CCTV.

3. There is no requirement for the parents to camp in the night or early


morning or to keep an intermediary person in the queue till they arrive as
everyone will get the forms on 30th December, 2019. The apptication forms
will be given to each and every parent irrespective of being first or last
provided they are present between 09:30 a.m.to 1 p.m. on 30th Dec., 2019.

THE BARENTS will have to be produced in ORIGINAL and photocopy to be
submitted at the time of admission. Kindly apply for the same if it is not
available.
