On her first day of OJT, the author was nervous but excited to start working at a new company. She met the Head of NJNY Const. & Supply, Mrs. Jennifer Ordoñez, who welcomed her and introduced her to the small staff of 5 employees. The Secretary gave her an ID for on-site visits and showed her around the small office located outside Mrs. Ordoñez's house. Mrs. Ordoñez told the author she could begin her duties the following day.

May 23, 2020 – Thursday

On the first day of my On-The-Job Training (OJT), I was slightly nervous and excited because this is my
first time to work in a company. I was already thinking about the work I will be doing and how to
approach the people surrounding me.

As I finally reached my destination, I was so nervous when I entered the office. And there I met the
Head of NJNY Const. & Supply, Mrs. Jennifer Ordoñez. She is very kind and approachable. She even
welcomed me and introduced me to her Secretary and other employees. Since this is not a huge
company, there are only 5 people in the office, including Mrs. Ordoñez. And then the Secretary gave
me my ID so that I can use it when doing on-site visits so I was really excited. And then the Secretary
toured me inside the office. By the way, the office is just right outside her house so it was really cool.
Nothing much happened because Mrs. Ordoñez said that I could start working on my second day.
