INTER-COMMERCIAL 1000.00
ELITE: 3,000.00

Rule I. Conduct of the game

1. All players must attend the briefing on June 30, 2018 and the Opening Program on July
1, 2018 at Tagas Covered Court. All players must be in proper and distinctive uniform
2. Certification from the Barangay Captain Team members. (Indicating the address and age
of the player).
3. NO Uniform No Entry Fee Not Allowed to Play the Game

Rule II. Technicalities

1. No change in the line-up upon submission of official entry.


2. Defaulting time is 15 minutes after the scheduled game.
3. A MERE smell or liquor will not be allowed to play.
4. Coaches, players and supporters shall not enter the playing court area for any purpose
at any time of the game. Specified areas for both teams shall be provided.
5. Shouting absence words and any misconduct inside and outside the court to an
opponent or any member of the committee either intentional or unintentional
prohibited. This may cause player/s or team disqualification.
6. The committee, referee, officials committee reserved the right to ban the player/s from
participating in the tournament if in the opinion of the officials the player/s adversely
affected the conduct of the tournament.
7. The Committee will not be responsible for any injuries of player/s in the duration and
after the tournament.
8. The committee reserves the right to make decision/s which is not specifically started in
the ground rules.
9. In case of power failure or forced majored that may occur and which may stop the
game, the committee reserves the right to re-schedule any affected or postponed game.
10. In case of any disturbances that may occur, and which may stop the game during the
first quarter, the game will be re-scheduled any affected or postponed game.
11. The decisions of the officials are always final.
12. Violations of the preceding rules causes player/s or team/s disqualification.
Rule III. System of the Game
1. Each team will play a Single Eliminations Round.
2. Top four teams will play the Semi Finals Round.
(No. 1 will face No. 4 and No. 2 will face No. 3)
3. Top Two Teams will play the Championship Do or Die Games series while the 3rd and 4th
seeded teams will play a do or die ballet or 3rd place.
4. In case of a Triple Tie, QUOTIENT SYSTEM will prevail.
5. In case of a Double Tie, win over the other will apply.
6. Bracketing system will prevail just in case.

Rule IV. Protest

1. Protest shall be filed during the opening ceremonies or during the elimination games of
the team. Protests must be filed in writing within twenty-four (24) hours and formally
submitted to the Committee. Players under protest must present a proof to satisfy the
technical committee within 3 days from the receipt thereof. The decision of the
technical committee is FINAL & IRREVOCABLE. A protest fee of Php 1,000.00 will be
collected.
2. Other than that, the ground rules will adopt FIBA Rules.

NOTE: ALL COACHES, PLAYERS, MANAGERS, AND CAPTAIN BALLS MUST ATTEND THE REFEREE
BRIEFING/ CLINIC ON JUNE 20, 2018, 4PM AT BRACAMONTE’S RESIDENCE.
