Know all men by these presents:

I, JULIO A. MALUYO, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of


Baligatan, Ilagan, Isabela, pursuant to the authority to appoint a substitute
given to me in the Special Power of Attorney executed in my favor by the
Heirs of Antonio Cruz Villamor on ________________ before Notary Public

1. I do hereby select, name, constitute, and appoint DEMETRIO


CORSINO, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Tuguegarao City,
Alcala, Cagayan, as my SUBSTITUTE;

2. I do hereby delegate IN WHOLE unto him all the powers granted


me in the said Special Power of Attorney;

3. I do hereby give authority to my substitute the power to sign,


execute and deliver whatever papers and documents which are
necessary and relevant for the above purposes.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said substitute full


powers and authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or
necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority, as fully to all intents
and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, and
hereby ratifying and confirming all that my substitute shall lawfully do or
cause to be done by virtue hereof.
