RESOLUTION NO. 2020-11
A RESOLUTION GRANTING OMNIBUS AUTHORITY TO PUNONG BARANGAY IRENEA L. CANO TO
REPRESENT BARANGAY CAMAMBUGAN, SANTA BARBARA, ILOILO AND TO SIGN AND ENTER INTO A
MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA BARBARA AND BARANGAY
CAMAMBUGAN, SANTA BARBARA, ILOILO FOR THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS/GRANT TO FINANCIAL
ASSISTANCE
WHEREAS, the Iloilo Provincial Government has appropriated funds under its 2020 Annual
Budget for the implementation of infrastructure, socio-cultural, programs/project and purchase of
equipment, facilities/goods of different Barangays/Municipalities in the Province of Iloilo;
WHEREAS, Barangay Camambugan, Santa Barbara, Iloilo council has requested the
funds/financial assistance for the purchase of mono block chairs amounted to FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS
(PHP 50,000.00);
WHEREAS, there is a need of for the execution of Memorandum Agreement in order to
release/transfer the funds as requested and approved;
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Barangay Kagawad Fernando D. Ganat Jr. and duly seconded
by Barangay Kagawad Rodrigo M. Sondia, be it;
RESOLVED AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED, to grant omnibus authority to Punong Barangay Irenea L.
Cano to represent Barangay Camambugan, Santa Barbara, Iloilo and to sign and enter into a
Memorandum of Agreement between the Municipality of Santa Barbara and Barangay Camambugan,
Santa Barbara, Iloilo for the transfer of funds/grant to financial assistance
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to the agencies concerned for
their information and guidance.

release/transfer the funds as requested and approved;
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Barangay Kagawad Jose Marie S. Suacillo and duly seconded by
Barangay Kagawad Maylen G. Medez, be it;
RESOLVED AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED, to grant omnibus authority to Punong Barangay Irenea L.
