Yarn
● you can use any remainings of yarn that has the same thickness
● for the "snowy" finishing, use white fluffy yarn
● filler of your choice
● cardboard for harding the train’s bases
● wire for attaching the train cars each other (hooks)
● a wooden stick ( for a candy)
● glue - PVA and fast-drying ones
● some decoration for the train of your choice
● teeth sticks (ear sticks) for attaching the wheels

Base part(2 pcs)

1. starting in the 2nd st from the hook: 25 sc

Make 1 cardboard copy of the part.
Crochet the parts around with sc. Make (1 sc, 1 ch, 1 sc) in the corner stitches. The number
of the sc’s crocheted around must be the same for both parts!

Count the number of the sts on the shorter side (the author has 11 st). Leave 11 sts along
the longer side and crochet 11 slip stitches through the part across (see the picture, sky blue
yarn)
Now you have square base for driver's cab.
Put 2 parts together, join them with slip stitch round, insert the cardboard part inside.
Driver’s cab

Crochet slip st round between the 17 and 18 rounds with pink yarn.
Make cardboard matching walls, insert them inside, stuff the cab.

Try the roof to the cab in the process. Maybe you need to make the roof longer.

Put and glue the wheels. Glue some beads upon the holes with sticks.
Hook
Make the hook of wire, cover it with PVA glue and wrap with yarn. Insert the hook at the
center of the back of the train as shown on the photo, glue it.

Make and attach the wheels. Attach the loop at the front and the hook at the back of the car.

● repeat to the wished size.

Finish with the green yarn: 2 hdc, 2 sc, 2 sl st. Don’t cut the yarn!
