Reaction Paper

I. Introduction;
-2020 is surely a tragedy to us multiple disaster has been happened to this year first is the
Amazon rainforest second is a massive bushfire in Australia and now our world has experiencing a global
problem or global threat which is the Novel Corona Virus 2019 or COVID-19, we are facing a big fight
that has no absolute answer if we will win to this fight or not. Novel Corona Virus 2019 or COVID-19 so
what comes into our mind or what is our immediate response when we hear this words we are
immediately panicking and just by hearing those words it makes us feel the fear.

We feel fear cause we might as well get infected to it or worst one of our family members, I
know, we know what this COVID-19 are capable of, this global pandemic that we are experiencing right
now is a severe problem that can lead us to death anytime and it has already taken hundred thousands
of lives and millions are infected to it and until now the number of deaths and infected people are
rapidly increasing.

II. Solution Analysis;

My solution analysis first is to provide detailed reporting and analyses of the present rapid
responses of the COVID-19 it includes rapid analysis based on media content analysis including
governments speeches and reports as well as observation of various social media third is to more
propagate the social distancing to reduce the transmission of the virus and lastly is to find a cure or
treatment that will end this virus.

III. Effects
A. Environment

-there are two effects of ECQ and COVID19 to the environment a positive one and the negative
one and we will first talk about the positive effect.

Positive – because of the ECQ that has been implemented by the government many people are
just staying in the house and because of this it has reduced the carbon emissions which is most coming
from the pipes of the cars, factories and etc. And I read an article that one of the biggest hole in our
ozone layer has been covered up or gone since we are limited of using transportation that most likely
the main reason of high carbon emission, and because of the social distancing that has been
implemented in every barangay the quality of air has improved.

Negative-human waste are increasing

B. Economy

-the global pandemic COVID19 has a large impact causing severe slow down of global economy
for trade industry. Economies have indeed been brought to a virtual standstill as most economic
activities have been suspended, except for essential goods and services, and people are confined to
their homes, allowed only a minimum of movement, and because of this COVID-19 the ECQ has been
implemented and since then the production of food is cut to half, and the rate of food supply are
decreasing and because of this we are facing a shortage of food supplies.
 C. Politics

-the COVID19 has a severe impact in political system causing multiple deaths of politicians,
second rescheduling the elections because they are afraid that it might get deteriorated or getting worst
if they will continue it ,that will cause more damage to citizens.

D. National Budget

-budget is what we are badly needed right now budgets will play a central role in government
responses to this virus and its fallout, but sad to say that because of this Global pandemic COVID19 our
government ran out of budgets, that the budget for this year has been given to the people for them to
buy for their financial needs.

E. Health Care Systems

- the new coronavirus has affected people’s health in more ways especially to health care
systems, lots of people are infected many of them are health care workers, lots of of health care
workers are also get killed cause by this global pandemic, one more thing because of the increasing rate
of covid patients we are suffering from short of health care workers and facilities for COVID19 patients.

F. Family

Covid-19 is surely a big problem, COVID-19 is impacting everyone especially in part of family,
first is, because of the lockdown or ECQ that has been proclaimed by the government all work are stop
in the meantime causing financial problems to a family and because they have no work they don’t have
money or source of income.

IV. Conclusion

The COVID-19 or Novel corona virus is our main topic here, how does it affect us in our daily living how
does it affect the economy which is shortage of food supplies decreasing number of population, the
environment which has positive and negative outcome, health care systems are running out of medical
workers, national budget , politics and most importantly is the family which is having a hard time in this
outbreak because they don’t know where they can get money or financial assistance in this time of crisis
so therefore I conclude that in this crucial time or difficult time of outbreak working together is our
only hope, we must continue to fight.
