F. Overview/ Rationale/ Objectives : It is a requirement that every school shall be secured and free from any danger for the safety of
the learners , teachers and all clienteles and in order to guard also the building structures from strong winds during typhoon
months,thus repair and replacement of the roofing and ceiling, improvement of the school cultural center and pavilion is needed.
G. Goal/ Scope / Beneficiaries : To guard the building structures from strong winds during typhoon months and to make them more
conducive for all the occupants of the said buildings.
H. Work Program : School Physical Facilities Coordinator, School Head shall serve as implementing body of the propose project. The
Office of the School Principal shall serve as monitoring body of the project while PTA shall serve as observing body.
I. Funding Source : School MOOE CA 2021
J. Budgetary Requirements : Please see approved Bill of Quantity and Program of Works

K.Reporting and Evaluation : Funds shall be liquidated three days after the completion of the project.
The following persons shall be involved in the evaluation. School Principal, School Physical Facilities Coordinator,
Division Technical Property Inspector.
