Background:
The school has 7 buildings. two of these 7 buildings, one two classroom and the other a
single classroom building are near each other. To minimize construction cost and maximize utility, an
annex have been constructed in the middle of them thus, it has now become a 4-Classroom building.
A large portion of which is utilized as classrooms of two (2) Grade 8 Sections, another end portion is
used as a Computer Room and the middle portion is occupied as temporary faculty room. Currently,
these rooms , without maintenance budget underway, have broken window glasses, rusting window
frames, broken floors and peeling wall painting. The middle portion is unfinished and without walls and
ceiling. A conservative estimate of Php1,000,000.00 pesos will suffice for its repair.

More so, the school has a substandard stage that is not completed. This proposal
intends to construct a stage that has complete refurbishing in the amount of Php.100,000.00.

In summary, we have the following budget proposal for our school improvement:

Stage construction: 100,000.00

Repair: 1,000,000.00
