ABSTRACT
This report is set out to give the reader full information about my industrial
training in BHAVESH AUTO CARE, AGALWADI ROAD, CHOPRA.
Industrial training is one of the compulsory curriculum in syllabus which
students need to complete whether in consultant, factory, company
organization. This course is sets up for students in order to given them
experience and knowledge in working environment before going through the
real working life. My industrial training is at BHAVESH AUTO CARE,
AGALWADI ROAD, CHOPRA.
At this corporation, I have been assigned for the production of the fabrication
department and also operational and production section. These knowledge are
useful for me in future and gives me a lot of advantages to prepare myself for
any future career.
Last but not least, in this report included the introduction, brief background
about this corporation.
Here, I would like to thanks Atul Waghulde Sir (Lecturer in Mechanical
Engineering), who kindly spend his time for assessor of my industrial training
report I was really grateful to him for his warm and comfortable attention
during this training. He was also kind and friendly towards me.
On the top of that, I would like to thanks my parents and company member
who always supported me during this period of training. Last but not least, I
would like to express my gratitude to Government Polytechnic, Jalgaon for
giving me a golden opportunity to gain experience in such a great organization.

polytechnic, Jalgaon each student is given opportunity to choose their own

First and foremost, I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Atul
Waghulde Sir for giving me the strength to complete my training in 6 weeks
without facinglots of difficulties. In addition, I would like to thank my
mentor Mr. Atul Waghulde sir for their undivided attention to us. I would
also like to thanks fellow executives in the department for there help and

INTRODUCTION
INTRODUCTION OF COMPANY
Industrial training is an important part of a student life. A well planned and
properly executed industrial training helps in developing a professional
attitude as well as it makes us confident and develop our personality.
It also develops an awareness of industrial approach to understand the
process and mode of operation of organization. It is part of diploma
program Mechanical Engineering.
As it was part of diploma program, we were allotted different industries by
our collage in group or individual. The company which was allotted to us
was BHAVESH AUTO CARE, AGALWADI ROAD, CHOPRA.
The managing head of company is Manager Dashrath P. Mahajan and is
located at Agalwadi Road, Chopra.
At this place they are provide services to people according to their need. They
do all repairing works of two wheeler & four wheeler parts.

11. ADVANTAGES OF FORMWORK SYSTEM
Speed :
Due to its easiness of assembly, 6 days guaranteed compared to 7-10
days cycle for conventional formwork system.
Quality
Due to the smooth surfaces and accurately dimensioned panels, no need
for plastering or remedial work after concrete casting.
Safety
No need to remove props and prop heads when dismantling slab panels
Easy Assembly
Due to its easiness of assembly, no need for skilled workers nor
carpenters.
All-in-one System
With Vaba Aluminium Formwork System, brackets for wall, slab,
elevator and external working platform are provided.
Mobility
The formwork to the next level can be done through material transfer box
on the slab without using the crane.
Freedom of design & jobsite planning
Unlike tunnel or flying formwork, Vaba Aluminium Formwork System
is a modular” formwork. It can be used for any architectural and
structural layout. 4 floor per month (6 days per floor + 6 days for
uncontrollable factors e.g. access problems, unavailability of workers and
etc.

12. CONCLUSION
After the completion of industrial training we enhanced competencies &
competitiveness in our respective area of specialization. We tried to relate
the experience in the workplace with knowledge learned in the institute &
applied the knowledge on the job under supervision.
Here, we gained the experience & knowledge that can be used for suitable
job without delay after studies.
We learned to hone soft skills appropriate to the work environment. Also
get improvised in communication skills. We assessed career ability,
knowledge & confidence as well as enhanced our marketability to be more
competitive.
With experience, knowledge & skills acquired during industrial training we
will be better prepared to face working world.
13. OPINION ABOUT TRAINING
In training provides the industrial exposure to the students how to facethe
industry once they foot out from the campus. The industrial knowledge is
essential for all students to get success in their job. Once students step into
the industry they should ready to face competitive world with knowledge.
The core competence area extending its boundary daily as technology
grows.
Student need to update day to day stuff from innovative
technologies.
On successful completion of our in plant training students be skill enough &
ready to shine. Job opportunity for students who has certificate on the
training is high compared to the non-trained student, because company will
know that student’s knowledge will be boosted by in training.
