Dear Leaders,

I hope this letter finds you well. It is with mixed emotions that I write to
formally tender my resignation from my position as Garde Manger at Manam
Cafe, in accordance with the standard notice period.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Manam Cafe and am grateful for the
opportunities, experiences, and professional growth it has provided me. Over
the 1 year and 4 months, I have had the privilege of working with incredibly
talented and dedicated colleagues, and I am proud of the contributions we
have made together.

After careful consideration and reflection, I have come to the conclusion that it
is time for me to pursue new challenges and opportunities in my career. This
decision was not made lightly, and I want to assure you that it is based on
personal and professional goals that align with my long-term aspirations.

I am sincerely grateful for the support and guidance I have received from you,
my immediate team, and the entire Manam Cafe community. The collaborative
and inclusive culture of the company has played a significant role in my
professional development, and I will carry the lessons learned here throughout
my career.

During my notice period, I am committed to ensuring a smooth transition. I


am more than willing to assist in training a replacement, document any
ongoing projects, and provide any necessary information to facilitate a
seamless handover. Additionally, I am open to participating in exit interviews
or any other processes that may aid in the transition.

I would like to express my gratitude to you and the entire leadership team for
fostering a positive work environment and for the trust and confidence you
have placed in me. I have learned a great deal during my time at Manam Cafe,
and I am confident that the skills and experiences gained here will contribute
to my success in future endeavors.

I want to emphasize that my decision to leave is not a reflection of any


dissatisfaction with Manam. On the contrary, I hold the company in high
regard and have the utmost respect for its values, mission, and vision. This is
simply a personal and strategic career move that I believe is in the best
interest of my professional development.

I would appreciate the opportunity to schedule a meeting with you to discuss


the transition plan and to address any specific tasks or responsibilities you
would like me to focus on during my remaining time with the company. I am
committed to ensuring a seamless handover and leaving behind a well-
organized and efficient work environment.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you once again for the support,
mentorship, and camaraderie I have experienced at Manam. I am truly grateful
for the relationships I have built here and look forward to staying in touch with
my colleagues.
