1. An inspection was conducted of balcony railings, drop visors, and unit squareness at various units. Several issues were found including railings being offset by up to 600mm, drop visors not being the correct height, and misalignments found along walls. 2. At Unit A, 25 points were inspected for squareness with 3 portions having different issues - the first 6 points were aligned correctly, points 7 and 12 were unplumbed, and points 14 and 22-25 required further work or had other problems. 3. For Unit V, a major misalignment was found from points 1 to 3 along the bedroom and living area walls, and the contractor will check their layout markers.
