DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This Deed of Absolute Sale executed and entered into this day of ________________
at ________________________, by and between:
DONNALYN D. AMPARO, single, Filipino, of legal age, with residence and postal
address at Blk. 31, Lot 16, Brgy. Sto. Niño 1, Dasma, Cavite, hereinafter referred to as the
VENDOR;

with residence and postal address at
____________________________________________________, hereinafter referred to as the
VENDEE:
WITNESSETH: that
WHEREAS, and consideration of the amount of FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND
PESOS (Php 450,000.00) Philippine currency, receipt of which from the VENDEE is hereby
acknowledge by the VENDOR to the latter’s satisfaction, the VENDOR do hereby Sell,
Transfer and Convey by way of the sale unto the VENDEE the certain parcel of land located
at Bambang ni Peles St., Sta. Ana, Taguig City, in the name of SIXTO S. SANDOVAL,
covered and described in under Tax Declaration No. GL-013-00869, containing an area of
ELEVEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SEVEN (11,407) square meters.
WHEREAS, the VENDOR, has offered to the VENDEE to sell a portion of the
property;
WHEREAS, the VENDEE, has agreed to purchase a portion of the above-described
property, particularly described as follows:
Block No. 7, Lot No. 1 containing an area of thirty (30) square meters;
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the parties
hereto have agreed as follows:
1. For and in consideration of the sum of FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND
PESOS (Php 450,000.00) Philippine currency, in hand paid in the manner agreed
upon by the VENDEE and VENDOR, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by
the VENDOR. Upon the entire satisfaction of the VENDOR, the VENDOR do hereby
SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY absolutely and irrevocably by way of this
ABSOLUTE DEED OF SALE unto the VENDEE, her heirs and assigns and
successors-in-interest, free from all liens and encumbrances and tax claims of
whatever kind and nature;
2. Capital Gains Tax, Documentary Stamp/Tax and any all-applicable taxes shall be for
the account of the VENDEE;
3. All expenses such as Transfer Tax, Processing Fees, Registration of the Deed of
Absolute Sale with the Registry of Deeds, Notarial Fees and Titling shall be for the
exclusive account of the VENDEE.
