Day 29 and 33
Morning: 1 glass warm lemon water.
+ 5 soaked almond + walnuts + 1 tsp flax seeds first thing after drinking above water.
Breakfast: –1 cup Milk ( Optional) + 2 vegetable oats idli or plain oats idli + 1 bowl
sambar
/ 1- 2 small onion oats uttapam with sambar and coconut chutney + Apple
Mid Morning: – 1 cocojal + 1 fruit Bowl
Lemon water
Lunch: – 300 gm salad + 1 wheat bran Chapati ( 25% bran + 50 % atta+ 25 %
Ragi) 1 katori Curd ( skimmed milk)+ 1 bowl any light and green vegetable
( No potato/ no Boondi raita, use only skimmed milk curd)
Evening Tea – 1 fruit bowl + 1 cup Green Tea / coconut water + handful
roasted low salt namkeen
1 glass Lemon water
Dinner: – 300 gm salad + 1 Oats roti + green Veg (Mix vegetable/ Gheeya/ torai/ tomato
curry without cream)
Take salad Before food ( before lunch and dinner)
(No curd or soups at night, no potato/ no daal/no paneer/ no rajma or chole)
After Dinner – Fruits
*1⁄2 tsp zeera + 1 glass of water 30 mins after meal

Day 30 and 32

Breakfast: – 1 bowl green moong sprouts with veggies + 1 small paneer stuffed chapati
+ Tea
Mid Morning: - fruit bowl
Later - 1 glass Lemon water/ coco nut water
Lunch: – 300 gm salad+ 1 Medium Paneer stuffed chapati + 1 katori green vegetable +
Chach 200 ml
Or - 1 Chapati _ 150 gm Paneer vegetable + Salad
Evening Tea – 1 cup tea/ coffee / Green Tea ( all sugar Free) + 1 fruit + roasted Chana /
Greek Yogurt with fruits
Dinner: – 2 bowl green moong/ yellow moong dal + Green Vegetable + 300 gm Salad
Or
300 gm salad + Paneer tikka with veggies or Paneer vegetable without fat.( Home Made)
(No chapati or Bread)
After Dinner – Fruits

Day 31

non fried) + Apple
Mid Morning: -1 Fruit + Lemon water
Lunch: – 300 gm salad + 1 stuffed bran Chapati ( 50 % bran + 50 % atta+ 25 %
Ragi) 1 katori Curd ( skimmed milk) + any vegetable made of 1 small boiled potato
Or Vegetable potato cutlets ( baked) made of 2 medium boiled potato)/ boiled roasted
potato chat with assorted veggies.
Evening Tea – 1 Cup skimmed milk / 1 cup tea/ 1 Cup coffee / Green Tea/ Coconut Water +
1 bowl sprouts + 1 fruit
Or 1 glass Lemon water + papaya

Morning: 1 glass Fennel seed water ( sauf) ( Soak 1 tsp fennel in 2 glass
water overnight. Strain and drink in morning and throughout the day)+ 1 tsp Ground
flax seeds.

Breakfast: – 1 bowl veg oats + Green Chutney + Tea + 1 fruit
Mid Morning: – Fruit ( Apple, papaya, water melon) + 1 glass coriander water. 1 glass lemon
water
Lunch: – anything except fried ,oily and creamy + 300 gm salad
( No potato/ no Boondi raita, use only skimmed milk curd)
Evening Tea – Green tea + fruit Chat
Dinner: – 1 Bowl Veg Soup with 100 gm Paneer cubes + 300 gm salad
/ 300 gm Salad + 150 gm Paneer Tikka with assorted veggies
