RESOLUTION No. 2022-10
A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE CITY MAYOR’S OFFICE THRU THE HONORABLE
CITY MAYOR LUCY TORRES GOMOEZ FOR AN ADDITIONAL (20) UNITS OF STREET
LIGHTS FACILITIES AND (4) ROLL TWISTED WIRE OF PUROK 3, 4, AND 6.
WHEREAS, the Barangay residents of Purok 3, 4 and 6 clamoring that their Purok’s will have
street lights, hence it is risky for the residents that criminal elements will be present
to those streets who have no street lights;
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay Members identifies these as an alarming in the
community and for the safety of the barangay constituents thus, there is a need for
additional street lights facilities.
WHEREAS, due to budgetary constraints, this Council deemed all necessary to ask the support
of the City Government thru the Honorable City Mayor Lucy Torres Gomez for the
street lighting of these Purok’s.
NOW, THEREFORE, upon unanimous accord of all members present, be it
RESOLVED, as it is hereby RESOLVED, requesting the City Mayor Lucy Torres Gomez for an
additional (20) units of street lights facilities and (4) roll twisted wire of purok 3, 4,
and 6.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be given to City Mayor’s Office, DILG and
other concerned offices/departments to request for immediate action on this matter.
Motion by SB Member Renato L. Metran and seconded by All SB Members present in
session.
