CHOCOALTE CUPCAKES EGGLESS
MAIDA                       65g
COCOA POWDER                20g
BAKING POWDER               1/4tsp+1\8tsp
BAKING SODA                 1/4 tsp
SALT                        A pinch
SUGAR                       95g
OIL                         30g
MILK                        130g
VANILLA ESSENCE             3-4 drops
VINEGAR                     1/2tsp+1/8tsp
Steps:
1.Preheat oven at 175 C for 10 mins.
2.For batter,Take a bowl and seive,maida,cocoa
powder,b.powder,b.soda & salt.
3.In a seperate bowl mix
milk,sugar,oil,vanilla&vinegar
4.Fold in the dry ingredints into wet ingredients
gradually
5.Put the batter in 6 regular sized or 12 mini
sized cupcake liners and BAKE @175 C FOR 20-25

BANNANA                          1
SUGAR                            45g
OIL                              24g
MILK                             62g
VANILLA ESSENCE                  3-4 drops
Steps:
1.Preheat oven at 175 C for 10 mins.
2.In a bowl mash a Bannana and add
milk,oil,sugar and vanilla essence to it and mix
3. Then seive in maida,baking powder,baking
soda and salt
4.Fold in and mix the batter
5.Put the batter in cupcake liners and BAKE
@175 C FOR 20-25 MINS
                   FROSTINGS
1. BUTTERCREAM
BUTTER(SOFTENED                   100g
ROOM TEMPRATURE)
ICING SUGAR                       200g
MILK                              2-3 Tbsp
Steps:
1.Beat softened butter in a bowl using an electric
beater,untill light in colour
2.Gradually add in icing sugar few spoons at a
time and beat
3.Add in milk accordingly to make the frosting
smooth
2. CHOCOLATE GANACHE
CHOCOLATE                          200g
FRESH CREAM                        100g
Steps;
1.Heat fresh cream and add to bowl of chopped
chocolate and wait till it melts then give it a stir
(if the chocolate isnt melted still,you can put the
ganache over a double boiler or in a microwave at
30 sec intervals)
