Đề 1: Juvenile crime is increasing rapidly in most cities around the world.

What are the reasons for

this? Suggest solution

Over the last few years, the number of youth crime has risen unprecedentedly worldwide. Personally, I
completely agree with this opinion and my preference will be examined in detail.

Clearly, the growth in teenage crime is rooted in basic causes. First of all, today's teenagers are living in
an environment that lacks parental attention. In fact, it can be clearly seen that in poor families, parents
have to work day and night to make ends meet, so they do not have time to care for their children's
desires. For instance, children who grow up in poor families often feel deprived of many things, which
makes them more likely to commit crimes to get what they want. Additionally, The rise in information
technology has caused widespread video game addiction among young people, and as a result, many
students drop out of school to play in internet cafes. Moreover, the promotion of violent and provocative
games fuels rebellious behavior, so children end up forming gangs to obtain money for games and other
needs.

Nonetheless, effective solutions need to be applied to tackle these issues. The government should
provide financial support and organize parenting workshops for low-income families to help them
manage their children better and give them clear direction in life. Besides, schools need to be stricter in
managing students and raise awareness about the negative impacts of violent video games. These
measures can significantly reduce teenage crime rates.

In conclusion, addressing teenage crime requires supporting low-income families and regulating video
games, alongside stricter school policies. If these solutions are implemented effectively, we can expect a
significant decline in teenage crime rates and a safer, more stable society for future generations.
Đề 2: IT IS SAID THAT PEOPLE LIFE IS NOW BECOMING MORE AND MORE STRESSFUL. WHAT DO YOU
THINK ARE THE CAUSE OF THIS? WHAT SOLUTIONS CAN YOU SUGGEST?

It is widely agreed that humanity is facing an increasingly stressful life. In the following paragraphs,
factors bring about this problem and solutions to them will be discussed.

Indeed, people today are experiencing increasing stress in life due to the following reasons. First of all, it
is obvious that people are heavily impacted by the inflation which leads to the increase in costs for
products, goods and essentials. Moreover, the expensive estates, rentals, and housing make it impossible
for people to purchase. These obstacles result in financial burden for citizens in megacities and cities,
who strive to make ends meet as well as to feed their families. For example, after the COVID-19
pandemic, the unemployment rate rose significantly due to many companies closing down or going
bankrupt, which placed a lot of stress on the family breadwinner. In my view, government assistance is
key to solving these issues. They could develop affordable housing for workers and provide social
benefits and insurance for the retired and unemployed.

Nonetheless, effective solutions need to be applied to tackle these issues. The academic standards are
higher, leaving pupils, college students and workers a load of pressure in achieving the highest score or
performing their best at the workplace. Coping with this pressure day by day can make people feel tired,
even suffer from mental illnesses such as autism. For example, if someone has been dealing with stress
from working or studying for a long time, he will be burned out and it will take a long time for a full
recovery. Therefore, people can avoid stress and enhance productivity by spending more time on
recreational activities with their beloved and how to balance work and rest, which makes them feel less
stressful.

In conclusion, if people face financial burden, government policies will help them while the balance in
work, studying and relaxation are the key solutions to people dealing with academic stress.
Đề 3: Littering is an increasing problem in many countries. what is the reason for this? what measure
can be taken to tackle it.

Littering has become a growing concern in many countries, as more and more people are carelessly
disposing of waste in public areas. Personally, I completely agree with this opinion and my preference
will be examined in detail.

One primary reason for this problem is the lack of awareness and education about the environmental
impacts of waste. Many people do not realize how littering can harm ecosystems and public health. For
example, littering can lead to pollution of rivers and oceans, which affects wildlife and contaminates
water supplies. Another contributing factor is inadequate waste management infrastructure in some
areas. When there are not enough bins or waste collection services are inefficient, people often resort to
improper disposal of their trash. For instance, in neighborhoods with infrequent garbage pickup,
overflowing bins can result in litter being scattered on the streets, making it more likely for people to
litter.

To address the issue of littering, several measures can be implemented. Firstly, increasing public
awareness through educational campaigns is crucial. These campaigns should highlight the
environmental and social consequences of littering and encourage responsible disposal habits. Secondly,
improving waste management infrastructure is essential. Governments and local authorities should
ensure that there are enough litter bins and that waste collection services are efficient and regular.

In conclusion, tackling the problem of littering requires a multifaceted approach involving education,
improved infrastructure, strict enforcement of laws, and community engagement. By addressing these
factors, countries can make significant progress in reducing littering and protecting the environment.
In conclusion, if people face financial burden, government policies will help them while the balance in
work, studying and relaxation are the key solutions to people dealing with academic stress.
