Note:
1 Temperature & slump shall be checked within 30 minutes upon arrival at site. Any rejection due to non-compliance after 30 minutes from arrival time at site will not be accepted.
2 If the concrete is supplied with pump, the maximum truck interval between trucks shall be 25 min.
3 If the concrete supplied is without pump, the maximum offloading time shall be 60 minutes from the time of arrival at site
4 Delivery tickets shall be dully filled up (full name and signature) and return to the driver upon completion of offloading
5 Orders shall be placed 24 hours in advance (before closing of the office at 5pm) and for any order more than 1000m 3 , the booking shall be done 48 hours in advance.
6 The contractor shall arrange and ensure safe access for concrete mixers and pumps to casting location.
