than of the confirmed order volume, the same cancellation service will be applicableto the reduced portion.

17. SMALL LOAD: Dhs. 50/- per cubic meter for less than 7 cubic meter load.
18. WAITING TIME: Dhs.120/- per hour in case of any delay after the allowable time of 1 hour after Truckmixer arrival
at the site
19. RETURN OF CONCRETE:
Partial Return Concrete: Dhs.250/- per load
Full Return Concrete: Dhs.550/- per load
20. Use of redirected fresh concrete will comply with the project mix specification.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
21. LEGALITY OF THE DOCUMENT: In case of any discrepancy between the received Local Purchase Order (L.P.O.)
and the content of this Document , the terms of this Document should prevail.
22. TERMS OF SUPPLY: Written acceptance of this Document is required prior to submittal of technical data. Local
Purchase Order (L.P.O.) required prior to supply.
23. PRICES: The prices described in this Document are based on current raw material rates and subject to change.
24. ACCESSIBILITY: It is the responsibility of the Contractor to ensure that there is suitable and safe (land based)
access to site for trucks and pumps in accordance with best practices for health and safety.
25. TAXES: Unless specified otherwise on the face of the quotation, the prices are exclusive of, and Customer shall
be solely responsible for and pay, all state, and local taxes, including, but not limited to, value added tax, goods and
services tax, sales, change of taxation laws or imposition of new taxes after the acceptance and/or during the
performance of this quotation.
26. ENERGY/FUEL: This will be zeroed at previous year's base level and will only be applied when/if new costs are
incurred.
27. VALIDITY OF THE QUOTATION: This Document is valid for 10 days from the above-mentioned date and
supersedes any previous Quotation related to this subject matter.
28. BOOKING OF PRODUCT: Booking for supply of the Product(s) must be made at least 1 working day(s) prior to the
supply date.
29. PAYMENT TERMS: To be discussed
QUALITY STANDARDS
30. QUALITY I: The characteristics of the readymix concrete subject of the table above, are in accordance with the
BS 8110/1985 and BSEN 206-1/2000 Standards.
31. QUALITY II: CEMEX internal testing and quality control are carried out in accordance with CEMEX procedures
based on the applicable standards and as per the ISO 9001 system.
32. Note 1: All routine testing and tests carried out for initial approval shall be to the account of M/s.AAA CONCRETE
FLOORS LLC.
