  As an HR Assistant, interpretation and implementation of HR policies are crucial for any HR
  position. Following the below scenario, draft your response in an email format (max 500
  words).
  4. Write an email to your supervisor to inform him that in one of the interviews you
     organized, you noted that the Programme Manager, Mr. Ibrahim is not observing the
     allotted duration for the questions as he has been elaborating the interview questions
     particularly on the technical questions as if almost coaching his preferred candidate, Ms.
     Salma (15 points).

  5. Prepare a response email to the below email. As per the written test and interview
     result, he is the selected candidate, and the recruitment document has been signed by
     all panel members and already on queue for final approval of the Chief of Mission. (15
     points)
     Dear IOM recruitment team,
     Thank you very much once again for letting me participate in the written test and
     interview the other day. I would like to know if it is possible to know the result as I have
     received another job offer with another company today. I prefer to work with your
     organization, but I also don’t want to lose the current offer of this company if I am not
