Letter of Termination
Dear Felimo Abrio,
We regret to inform you that your employment with St. Michael Dialysis Center is terminated effective
immediately. This decision is a result of your consistent disruptive and uncooperative behavior, which has
adversely impacted the work environment and team dynamics.
You have also made clear that you wish to exit the company at the beginning of the month when you
were informed that your board and lodging would not paid for by the company.
Given the ample time provided to you to look for another employment and lodging, please return any
company property in your possession and complete any necessary exit procedures. You are also given
three (3) days to vacate your current lodging premises.
Please be reminded of the terms of contract regarding confidentiality wherein you, the employee may not
divulge or appropriate for your own use or pertaining to the business of St. Michael Dialysis Center,
during and after employment, any confidential information or knowledge by the employer.
Furthermore, your Final Paycheck will be provided within the day, February 23, 2024.
