Dough Making:
   1. Market style Dough by using Yeast
            Maida 2 c                                Salt 1 tsp
            Active dry yeast 1 tsp                   Milk powder 1 tbsp
            Powder sugar 2 tsp                       Luckwarm water
            Oil 1 tbsp
       Making of dough:
    Take bowl add 50 gm lukewarm water, pinch of sugar pinch of maida mix it
     then add yeast
    Keep yeast for activation for 10 min
    After 10- 15 min yeast become activated
    Take maida, salt, powder sugar, milk powder and oil and make dough by using
     activated yeast water. If required then add plane lukewarm water and make
     dough.
    Keep dough aside for 1-2 hour.
   2. Dough without Yeast
      Maida ¾ cup (100gm)                     Baking soda ¼ tsp
      Sugar 1 tbsp                            Curd
      Salt to taste                           Oil 2 tsp
      Baking powder ¾ tsp
       Method of dough
    Take maida, sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda
    Make dough by using only curd (don’t use water)
    Keep aside for 1-2 hour.

   3. Thin crust pizza dough
      Maida 2 cup                                Salt to taste
      Sooji 2 tbsp                               Oil 1 tbsp
      Yeast 1 tsp                                Lukewarm water
      Powder sugar 1 tsp                         Milk powder 1tbsp
Method of dough
    Take bowl add 50 gm lukewarm water, pinch of sugar pinch of maida mix it
     then add yeast

   4. Whole wheat dough
      Wheat flour 1 cup                          Powder sugar ½ tsp
      Lukewarm water                             Salt to taste
      Oil 1 tbsp                                 Yeast ½ tsp
      Mixed herbs ½ tbsp                         Milk powder 1 tbsp
Making of dough:
    Take bowl add 50 gm lukewarm water, pinch of sugar pinch of maida mix it
     then add yeast
    Keep yeast for activation for 10 min
    After 10- 15 min yeast become activated
    Take wheat flour , mixed herbs, salt, powder sugar, milk powder and oil and
     make dough by using activated yeast water. If required then add plane
     lukewarm water and make dough.
    Keep dough aside for 1-2 hour.

   5. Gluten free dough
     Ingredients:
         Rice flour 1 cup
         Baking soda ½ tsp
         Salt ¼ tsp
         Butter 2 tbsp
         Lukewarm water
Method:
   Take bowl add Rice flour, baking soda and salt and mix well then add butter
   Make dough by using lukewarm water.
Types of base:
   6. Thin crust pizza base
      Take thin crust base dough, roll thin roti, prick it by fork and cook it on pan
      then keep for baking
   7. Market style pizza base
      Take market style dough, roll thick roti and use this roti for baking
   8. Cheese burst pizza base
    Take any dough make two roties, one in large roti and second small roti as
     shown.
    Prick it by fork
    Cooke small base nicely on pan.
   9. Pan pizza base
    Take any dough, make roti larger than pan, fold its corners as shown.
    Prick it by fork
    Cook it by both side nicely

Sauce making
   10.        Red sauce
      Tomato 4 large size                           tomato ketchup 4 tbsp
      Oil 1 tbsp                                    sugar 1 tsp
      Bay leaves 2                                  chilli powder ½ tsp
      black peeper 4                                salt to taste
      onions very fine chopped ½ cup                oregano 1 tsp
      chopped garlic 1 ½ tsp
       Method:
      boil tomatos, remove skin and make paste
      take oil add bay leaves, black pepper
      now add chopped onion, garlic and sauté it
      now add tomato puree and cook for 5-7 min
      now add salt, sugar, chilli powder, oregano, ketchup, chilli flackes
      cook for few min.
   11.       White sauce
    Butter 1 tbsp                                 Pepper powder ½ tsp
    Maida 1 tbsp                                  Milk ½ + 1/4 cup (150 ml)
    Salt to taste                                 Processed cheese ¼ cup
   Method:
        Take pan add butter, then add maida and roast it well don’t change colour
         of maida. It should be white.
        Add milk and stir it, then add black pepper powder ans salt.
        Add cheese and sauté it
   12.       Green sauce
      Basil 1 cup                                   Oil 1 tbsp
      Garlic 4                                      Walnuts 8 to 10
      Cheese 1 tbsp                                 Black Pepper pd 1/8 tsp
      Green chillies 1 small                        Green colour

   Method:
        Take gringer bowl add basil leaves, garlic, cheese, green chilly, oil walnut
         and green colour and pepper pd and grind it and make paste.
Pizza
   13.       Choclate / dessert pizza
        Pizza base dough                             Cheese
        Chocolate 125 gm                             Dryfruits
        Butter 2 tbsp                                Chocochips
       Spread: melt chocolate and butter
       Method:
      Bake pizza base for 7-10 min
      Apply spread, dryfruits, chocochips and mozerella cheese.
      Bake for 5 min only.
      For (OTG 220 temp both coil on ), ( Microwave 220 temp at convection
       mode) at preheated machine.
      For gas at preheated cooker for 7-10 min at first then after applying chocolate
       bake it for 5 min only at low flame.
   14.       Cheese burst farmhouse pizza
       Toppings: paneer, tofu, red green yellow capsicum, olives, tomatos,
       mashroom
    Make two very thin roti, one is big size one in small size.
    Roast upper roti on pan
    Keep large roti at first prick it by fork, then apply mozerella cheese, processed
     cheese and cheese slices.

    Now put second roti over it, fold its corners by lower roti as shown. prick it
     then spread sauce, mozerella and processed cheese, put toppings, spread
     oregano and chilly flakes.
    For (OTG 220 temp both coil on ), ( Microwave 220 temp at convection
     mode) at preheated machine for 15- 20 min
    For gas at preheated cooker for 15-20 min at low flame.
   15.      Green garden pizza
      Toppings: green capsicum, basil, paneer, broccoli, any green veggies
       Take pizza base roll into roti, prick with fork, spread green sauce then
        spread mozerella and processed cheese apply toppings, spread oregano,
        chilli flakes.
   16.      Margarita pizza
       Take pizza base prick it with fork, spread sauce, mozerella chese and
        processed cheese, put toppings like cherry tomatos.
   17.      Peri peri paneer pizza
      Toppings: panner, cherry tomato , green capsicum, olives
       Peri peri sauce: Take red sauce add peri peri masala and mix well, marinate
        paneer in this sauce
       Take pizza base, prick it by fork, spread peri peri sauce, mozerella and
        processed cheese, add toppings, spread peri peri masala, oregano and chilly
        flakes.
       For (OTG 220 temp both coil on ), ( Microwave 220 temp at convection
        mode) at preheated machine for 15- 20 min
       For gas at preheated cooker for 15-20 min at low flame.

   18.      Frozen pizza
      Topping: paneer, red yellow green capsicum, mashroom, olives, tomato, corn
       Take pizza base prick it with fork and bake it for 5-7 min
       Spread sauce, mozerella and proceesed chees, toppings and oregano, chilly
        flake
       Pack with cling wrap. And can store in deep fridge for 1-2 month.
       at time of serving bake this frozen pizza for 10-12 min.
   19.      White delight pizza
      Topping: panner, corn, olives, onion, cherry tomato, yellow capsicum
       Take pizza base, prick it with fork spread white sauce, then put mozerella
        and processed cheese apply toppings and oregano, chilly flakes
       For (OTG 220 temp both coil on ), ( Microwave 220 temp at convection
        mode) at preheated machine for 15- 20 min
       For gas at preheated cooker for 15-20 min at low flame.
   20.      Stuffed garlic stick
      Wash:
         butter 2 tbsp
         oil 2 tbsp
         garlic powder 1 tsp
         oregano 1 tsp
         chilli flakes 1 tsp
         mix it and warm it
         make pizza roti, add stiffing like garlic,corn, both cheese, paneer,
            veggies, oregano, chilly flakes to one side
         fold next slide over it and make cut as shown
         apply wash nicely over it and keep it for baking
         For (OTG 220 temp both coil on ), ( Microwave 220 temp at
            convection mode) at preheated machine for 15- 20 min

   21.       Plane garlic stick
          Roll roti apply butter, garlic, oregano, chilly flakes garlic powder
          Fold it and make cut as shown
          For (OTG 220 temp both coil on ), ( Microwave 220 temp at convection
           mode) at preheated machine for 15- 20 min
          For gas at preheated cooker for 15-20 min at low flame.
   22.       Zingy parcel
      Stuffing:
            butter 1 tbsp                               Ketchup 2 tbsp
            chopped garlic 1 tsp                        Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
            Chopped onion 1 small                       Chilli sauce 1 tbsp
            Chopped tomato 1 small                      Oregano
            100 gm paneer                               Chilli flakes
            Sweet corn                                  Salt
            Chilli powder 1 tsp
         
          Take pan add butter, fry garlic, onion, tomato well then add corn paneer,
           ketchup, mayonnaise, chilli sauce, chilli powder, oregano ans salt and
           sauté it.
          Make roti, fold its sides by 3 side as shown
          Fill it by mozerella cheese and stuffing and cheese slice and fold it as
           shown
          Apply wash over it
