manpower needs to the desired manpower needs. Explain the concept of HRP &
various steps in HR Planning. (15

Q3. Define selection. What are the steps for scientific selection process? Briefly explain the
tests used in the selection of employees. (2+8+ 5= 15 Marks)
Q4. Job Description and Job Specification are the two byproducts of Job Analysis. Discuss
the statement describing three of the above in detail and steps in Job analysis. (15
Marks)

Q5. What do you mean by Human resource management. Discuss the Functions of Human
Resource Management. List and explain various challenges faced by Human resource
manager with respect to emerging trends into HRM. ( 2 + 8+ 5= 15 Marks)
