I. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at exactly 2:00 in the
afternoon.
II. INVOCATION
Mrs. Manuela I. Joaquin led the prayer.
III. AGENDA
1. NO CASE FILED IN THE KATARUNGANG PAMBARANGAY
IV. The Lupong Tagapamayapa Chairman informed the body that
there is still no case filed in the office of the Lupong
Tagapamayapa up to the moment.
Mrs. Felicidad Ederoso told the body that having no case filed
shows that the barangay is peaceful.
2. STRATEGIESIN HANDLING DISPUTES
The Lupong Tagapamayapa Chairman informed the body that
in handling disputes his role is to mediate and should not act
as judge. He should help both parties to resolve the case.
Mr. Sesinando Prenda asked the Lupon Chairman what if the
respondent refuse to appear during settlement of disputes.
The Lupon Chairman answered that if the respondent failed to
appear without justifiable cause his or her counterclaim will be
dismissed and he/she will be barred from filing in court and be
punished for indirect contempt of court.
V. ADJOURNMENT

SETTLEMENT TECHNIQUE
IV. The Lupong Tagapamayapa Chairman told the body to
suggest settlement technique for the Lupong
Tagapamayapa..
Mrs. Felicidad Ederoso suggested to conduct Barangay Family
Development Program such as Family Day Celebration which
every family and clan must participate
Mr. Raffy Rapiz suggest that the Record of Barangay
Inhabitants (RBI) should be updated. This will help in tracking
locations and checking backgrounds and status of the
respondents and complainants residing in the barangay.
The Lupon Chairman told the body that the RBI of the
barangay is always updated.

KATARUNGANG PAMBARANGAY WEBINAR TRAINING
IV. The Lupon Chairman informed the body that the long wait for
the conduct of KP Training is over for the reason that there is
already a final schedule for said activity.
The Lupon Chairman also informed the body that the final
schedule for the Katarungang Pambarangay Webinar Training
will be on May 19, 2023.
Mr. Tiburcio De Gracia asked who will be the participants for
the said training
Lupong Tagapamayapa Chairman answered that the
participants will be the Lupong Tagapamayapa Chairman,
Lupon Tagapamayapa Secretary & members of the Lupong
Tagapamayapa.
The Lupong Tagapamayapa Chairman asked the body who is
interested to attend the Katarungang Pambarangay
Training can go to the Hall for the Webinar.

The Barangay Lupon held a meeting at the Katarungang Pambarangay regarding
the overall status of the peace and order within the jurisdiction of the barangay. The
council have tackled several issues on how to tackle problems that may disrupt the
peace and order within the jurisdiction. The council unanimously decided on the
best possible ways to handle difficult situations including the minor setbacks that
may be faced by the barangay.
