Notes
- The scale is 2 sc x 2 rows = 1 pixel from the game. This is useful when referencing game images.
- “Left” and “right” refer to the FROG’s left and right.
- If making the orange or gray frog, if the pattern tells you to change colors between two of the
same color (for example D to E), don’t change color.
- I color change by finishing the previous stitch in the new color and doing the next stitches of the
new color over the starting tail to keep it secured.
- “Foot” and “Leg” are used interchangeably in this pattern.
- I recommend weaving the tails in as you go. I try to only stitch over the yarn tail in the same
color to avoid it peeking through. Once your ends are secure, if they will be inside with the
stuffing, you can just leave them as is. All other tails should be weaved in completely and cut.
- Stuffing lightly can help retain the edges and corners better than if it is overstuffed.

Assembly
1. Sew the sides, back, and belly to the face. Don’t connect the sides to the belly and back yet to
make sewing other parts on later easier.
2. Sew together the eyes. Make sure to align the black pixel on the outside to the black pixel on
the front.
3. Sew the eyes onto the body. In reference to the frog’s back from the front, the eye should be
sewn after row 2 spanning to row 8. It should be aligned flush with the side of the body,
spanning 6 stitches inwards. This will leave 2 stitches between the eyes. Stuff the eyes before
fully closing the seams.

4. Sew together the back legs. I recommend sewing the four leg sides to the bottom of the leg,
then sewing the sides together, then adding the top. The diagrams below show the orientation
of the pieces with respect to the front. Finally, sew the flat bottom onto the bottom as shown
below.

5. Sew together the front legs. I recommend sewing the four leg sides to the bottom of the leg,
then sewing the sides together, then adding the top. The diagrams below show the orientation
of the pieces with respect to the front. The back is not shown in the diagram, but it should be in
the same orientation as the front. Finally, sew the flat bottom onto the bottom as shown below.

6. Sew the sides of the frog to the belly about halfway, starting from the front. This will make
sewing the front legs on easier.
7. Sew the front legs onto the body. From the L shape that the front and back pieces of the leg look
like, the top of the horizontal component of the L should be attached underneath the frog. The
vertical component should be flush with the side of the frog. The leg should be offset about 1
stitch on the side behind the face of the frog and spanning about 6 more stitches. This should
align the back side of the leg perpendicular from 1 stitch past the section of color C. Make sure
that the flat foot part extends forwards past the face and not backwards underneath the frog.
Stuff each leg before fully closing the seams.
8. Sew the rest of the sides to the belly, finishing the seam started in step 6. Then sew the butt
onto the belly and sides.
9. Sew the back legs onto the body in the positions shown. Stuff each leg before fully closing the
seams.

represents the outside of the back leg.
