    Equipment Needed: bowls, whisk, measuring cups and spoons
                               Blackberry Filling
                               ●   3 Cups frozen blackberries, thawed
                               ●   ½ Cup granulated sugar
                               ●   3 Tablespoons Instant ClearJel
                               1. Whisk together sugar and ClearJel until well
                               distributed.
                               2. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the thawed
                               blackberries, whisking rapidly.
        ●   For every 1 cup of juice that a fruit releases, use ½
            Cup granulated sugar and 3 Tablespoons Instant
            ClearJel.
        ●   Certain fruits will release more juice than others.
        ●   Ensure that any frozen fruits are completely
            thawed.
        ●   Fresh fruits will release their juices once the sugar
            is added. For this, coat the fruit in just enough
            sugar to allow it to start breaking down, then add
            the remaining sugar and ClearJel.
        ●   These are general guidelines, however you can
            adjust the sugar to your preferences. Just keep the
            ClearJel ratio the same.
