INFORMATION

The undersigned, Assistant Prosecutor, upon sworn complaint


originally filed by the offended party, accuses MR DOUBLE XX of Brgy
Aduas South Cabanatuan CIty of the crime of Attempted Homicide,
committed as follows:

That on or about March 29, 2025 , at about nine (9) p.m. , in


Smallville in Mandurriao, Cabanatuan City , Province of Nueva Ecija
and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the said accused
MR DOUBLE XX did then and there willfully, unlawfully, and
feloniously attempted to kill Cleo Santiago y Roxas without any
premeditation or any circumstance mentioned in Article 247, and 248 of the
Revised Penal Code, when the latter suddenly drew a knife from her bag and
commenced to stab the plaintiff herein. However, the accused was not able
to do all the acts of execution of the felony by reason of the fast reaction of
the plaintiff to flee from the accused.
That the plaintiff did not do anything that may have provoked the
accused in attempting to kill the former.
