*Line  up  marked  rows  of  heel,  and  sew  heel  seam  (using  white  
yarn).  
*Starting  at  toe,  fold  sock  in  half,  and  using  grey  yarn,  sew  foot  
seam,  making  sure  the  marked  row  of  top  of  foot  (24  hdc)  fits  
into  the  “corner”  of  heel.    (See  picture  1).    Only  sew  up  to  
marked  row  of  bottom  jaw  (row  14).  
*Fold  nose  seam  and  use  long  tail  to  sew  both  sides,  weave  in  
all  loose  ends,  and  turn  sock  right  side  out.  
 
 
With  the  top  of  the  head  (grey)  facing  you,  and  with  the  tip  of  
the  nose  pointing  to  your  left,  join  grey  with  a  sc  in  the  top  
corner  of  the  shark’s  mouth  (See  picture  2).    Sc  evenly  up  the  
side  of  the  top  jaw  (20  sc),  across  row  10  of  nose  increase  (14  
sc),  and  down  the  other  side  of  the  top  jaw  (20  sc).    Join  white,  
and  sc  evenly  up  the  side  (14  sc),  top  (6  sc),  and  down  the  
other  side  of  the  bottom  jaw  (14  sc).    Join  with  a  sl  st  in  first  sc,  
and  sl  st  in  next  sc.    Do  not  fasten  off.  
 
Teeth:    Continuing  with  white,  *Picot,  skip  next  sc,  sl  st  in  next  
sc**.    Rep  from  *  to  **  around  mouth  opening,  ending  with  a  sl

*Line  up  marked  rows  of  heel,  and  sew  heel  seam  (using  white  
yarn).

*Starting  at  toe,  fold  sock  in  half,  and  using  grey  yarn,  sew  foot  
seam,  making  sure  the  marked  row  of  top  of  foot  (14  hdc)  fits  
into  the  “corner”  of  heel.    (See  picture  1  of  adult  pattern).    Only  
sew  up  to  marked  row  of  bottom  jaw  (row  6).  
*Sew  nose  seam,  weave  in  all  loose  ends,  and  turn  sock  right  
side  out.  
 
 
With  the  top  of  the  head  (grey)  facing  you,  and  with  the  tip  of  
the  nose  pointing  to  your  left,  join  grey  with  a  sc  in  the  top  
corner  of  the  shark’s  mouth  (See  picture  2  of  adult  pattern).    Sc  
evenly  up  the  side  of  the  top  jaw,  across  row  10  of  nose  
increase  (8  sc),  and  down  the  other  side  of  the  top  jaw.    Join  
white,  and  sc  evenly  up  the  side,  top,  and  down  the  other  side  
of  the  bottom  jaw.    Join  with  a  sl  st  in  first  sc,  and  sl  st  in  next  
sc.    Do  not  fasten  off.  
 
Teeth:    Continuing  with  white,  *Picot,  skip  next  sc,  sl  st  in  next  
sc**.    Rep  from  *  to  **  around  mouth  opening,  ending  with  a  sl  
st.    Fasten  off.  
 
 
Using  picture  3  of  adult  pattern  as  a  guide,  sew  fins  and  eyes  
onto  shark.    Weave  in  all  loose  ends.
