GENERAL NOTES & SPECIFICATION: LOAD SCHEDULE & COMPUTATION:

1. THE ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION HERE IN WAS DONE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE


PROVISIONS OF THE LATEST EDITION OF THE PHILIPPINES ELECTRICAL CODED,
REQUIREMENTS OF THE LOCAL POWER COMPANY AND RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE
LOCAL ENFORCING AUTHORITY.

2. THE POWER SUPPLY WAS 230VOLTS, 3 PHASE, 3 WIRES W/ GROUND, 60 HERTZ.

3. ALL MATERIALS USED WERE BRAND NEW AND OF APPROVED TYPE FOR LOCATION AND
PURPOSE.

4. STANDARD TYPE OF ACCESSORIES, SPLICING DEVICES TERMINATION AND OTHER


APPURTENANCES FOR THE ENTIRE ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION WAS USED.

5. ALL NON - CURRENT CARRYING METAL PARTS OF ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT AND LIGHTING
FIXTURE WERE EFFECTIVELY GROUNDED.

6. WIRING LAYOUT INDICATED ARE DIAGRAMMATIC ONLY CONTRACTOR WERE WIRE THE
SYSTEM TO ATTAIN ITS INTENDED FUNCTION EVEN WIRES ARE NOT INDICATED ON THE
PLAN.

7. ALL STEEL MATERIALS USED IN THIS PROJECT WAS EITHER HOT DIPPED GALVANIZED OR
ZINC COATED. POWER SINGLE LINE DIAGRAM:
8. FOR EXACT LOCATION OF LIGHTING FIXTURES AND SWITCHING, REFER TO
ARCHITECTURAL PLANS.

9. WIRING LAYOUT FOR CEILING AND WALL PARTITIONS WERE ELECTRICAL METALLIC
TUBING (EMT) AND EMBEDDED PIPES FOR CONCRETE FLOOR WERE IN POLYVYNIL
CHLORIDE (PVC) PIPES.

10. ALL WIRING DEVICES SHOWN ARE APPROXIMATE LOCATION ONLY. ACTUAL SETTING CAN ELECTRICAL DESIGN ANALYSIS:

BE MOVED WITHIN 4.5 MTS. AROUND WITHOUT ADDITIONAL COST THE OWNER.

11. ALL JUNCTION BOXES AND UTILITY BOXES WERE PAINTED WITH GRAY LEAD PRIMER. PANEL PP
