I would like to thank my teachers and parents for their guidance and support in
completing this Art Integrated Project on 'Bihar’s Food and Food Products.' I
learned a lot about the food, culture, and festivals of Bihar while working on this
project.
Introduction
Bihar is a beautiful state in eastern India known for its rich culture, history, and
delicious food. People in Bihar eat a variety of tasty and healthy dishes. Their
food is often prepared during festivals and family gatherings. In this project, we

them so special. You can find Bihar on the eastern side of the India map.

item. It is a puri filled with spicy lentil paste. Both dishes are served with chutney
or pickles. These foods are eaten during festivals and gatherings. They are rich
in taste and full of energy. Bihari food is both traditional and nutritious.
