This Bulletin provides instructions for replacing the Power Turbine Inner Shaft as follows:

replace P/N 23038137 with 23071313
replace P/N 23052380 with 23052380 -- CEB 299

2. ACCOMPLISHMENT INSTRUCTIONS:
A. Remove the Turbine Assembly from the engine as specified in the applicable Operation and
Maintenance Manual listed in Section1.K.
B. Send the Turbine Assembly to a Rolls--Royce approved overhaul facility. This facility will install
a new or reworked Power Turbine Inner Shaft according to the applicable Overhaul Manual.
Inner Shaft rework must be accomplished by an Authorized Maintenance Center (AMC).
C. Install the Turbine Assembly onto the engine as specified in the applicable Operation and
Maintenance Manual.
D. Record compliance in the Turbine Assembly Log (pink pages) Part III, Modification Record as
applicable with the following:
