This tit bird was created by me at a difficult times for my country and every Ukrainian.
It was hard to created, hiding in a bomb shelter, but will nothing stop us!
I created this toy inspired by Ukrainian culture, its nature, symbols and strength of the
Ukrainian people, also by colors of the tit.

Now your purchase is very important to me, because by buying patterns from
Ukrainian masters and sharing them on your social networks with your friends, you
are helping my country to win the war against the occupiers.
In particular, I pay taxes to my country and also transfer a large percentage of sales to
the army and humanitarian needs.

The pattern is suitable for printing.

My recommendations for printing:
print only pages with description of crochet processes (6-19 including) and two pages
per sheet. I specially made these pages laconic without unnecessary decor, to save
toner and print speed.

But if there is an opportunity, crochet with the digital file of the pattern on the
phone/laptop/tablet/etc. (texts and photos are quite large, they will be convenient for
you to crochet from the screen).
We'll slightly reduce the amount of garbage on our planet in this way ❤

 Materials

1. Blue, beige, yellow, green, red and pink yarns

(weight category 2: Fine, Type Sport, 5 ply, 12 wpi).
I use:
- Alize Cotton Gold (55% cotton + 45% acrylic; 12992in/361yd/330m; 3,53oz/100g)
color 67 light beige (for inner part of the head) and
color 279 jeans (for outer part of the head, body, wings and tail);
- Yarn Art Jeans (55% cotton + 45% acrylic; 6299in/175yd/160m; 1,76oz/50g)
color 88 light yellow (for breast) and
color 20 pink (for beak);
- Gazzal Baby Cotton (60% cotton + 40% acrylic; 6496in/175yd/165m; 1,76oz/50g)
color 3443 red (for viburnum) and color 3449 grass (for leaves);
It is important to crochet all the details of the head with one type of yarn of the same
thickness;

2. thin yarn for embroidering (black for eyes and yellow for cheeks).
I use embroidery DMC yarn (two threads). You can use other yarn of suitable thickness;

3. stuffing materials (I use hollow fiber).

Tools Yarn alternatives

1. Crochet hook. I use 2mm size to metric The following yarns can be used (they are
size range, size B-1 to U.S. size range. If similar in thickness to the ones I used):
you crochet with other types of yarn, YarnArt Baby Cotton (60% cotton +
choose the size of crochet hook suitable 40% acrylic; 5118in/142,1yd/130m;
for yarn's thickness; 1,76oz/50g);
2. scissors; Kartopu Amigurumi Yarn (49% cotton
3. metal or plastic needle with blunt end + 51% acrylic; 6496in/175yd/165m;
for sewing; 1,76oz/50g);
4. thin metal sharp needle for embroidery; DROPS Safran Cotton Yarn (100%

6. round's counter (optional). Knit Picks Comfy Sport (75% cotton +

 EMBROIDERING EYES
Use a thin black thread and sharp needle.

Eyes are located on the 16th round. Eye length is 7,5-8sc.
Get two black threads out (from start and end of the embroidering eyes) in the
same point and fix them (make 3 knots) and hide in the head.

 EMBROIDERING CHEEKS
Use a thin yellow thread and sharp needle.

Use french knot pattern.

Get two yellow threads out (from start and end of the
embroidering cheeks) in the same point and fix them (make 3

Insert new thread in the base of the wing and sew 2 feathers of the both wings as shown on the
