(You will have 18 sc for each leg + the
3 chains in the middle = 21 stitches.)
Work in the round:
1-2- 21 sc (2 rnds)
3- (6 sc, inc) x3 [24]

Fasten off and cut the yarn.

Body
If you like to add any material inside the doll’s body, do it

Remember to stuff gradually as you crochet.

Hair 1
With red yarn:
1- 6 sc in a magic ring [6]
2- inc x6 [12]
3- (1 sc, inc) x6 [18]

 Ch 18, turn, 2 sl st, 13 hdc, skip 1 st, sl st in the next

st.

 (Ch 12, turn, 2 sl st, 7 hdc, skip 1 st, sl st in the next

st) x6.

Fasten off and cut the yarn. Attach to Douma’s head.

Note: Repeat the entire process from rnds 1 to 4 of the

hair, using red yarn, and attach it on top of the red part of
the finished hair. This will help minimize the visible step
and hide any imperfections.

Glue the back strands of the hair first, followed by the

fringes and sideburns. After attaching the hair, paint the
design around it using black fabric paint. You can also add
patterns to the body with the paint.

This pen erases with heat, so if you make a mistake, you can erase and redraw. Only
apply the paint once the markings are correct.
