We are pleased to inform you that ASSET Dynamic (AD) will be conducted at Trio World School in the
month of February for classes III to VIII.
ASSET Dynamic is a computer-based test in which every student gets a different dynamically
generated paper.
ASSET stands for Assessment of Scholastic Skills through Educational Testing. It is a scientifically
designed, skill-based diagnostic assessment test. It focuses on measuring how well SKILLS and
CONCEPTS underlying the school syllabus have been learnt by the student. The test provides
information on the strengths and weaknesses of individual students and also entire classes.
The design and scoring of ASSET Dynamic assessment are based on Item Response Theory, a
probabilistic test theory which is widely used by international standardized tests like SAT, GRE, GMAT,
etc.
ASSET Dynamic has all the advantages of ASSET Pen & Paper along with additional benefits such as –
online tests, quick online reports, faster remediation, flexible test dates and less logistic hassles. This
test can be taken on computers, laptops or even tablets. Every child will get a different, dynamically
generated paper!
Purpose of ASSET Dynamic:
1. Bridges the learning gaps for topics and concepts, prevents development of significant
misconceptions, ensures ‘learning with understanding’
2. Clears “Conceptual Bottlenecks” in various topics strengthening the foundation of basics

2. Will children be provided an orientation before conduction of ASSET?
Before the actual test, there will be an orientation for students (Demo Test)
3. Test Taking (Students)
a. Will the students need a login ID to start the test?
Student's will login using their student id that will be shared by the school.
b. What is the duration of ASSET (Computer Based) test?
The duration of the test is same as the regular ASSET paper. The number of questions
and the duration of the test is given to a student before they start the test. This
depends on the class and subject.

No, each student gets a different set of questions which are dynamically generated.

ASSET (Computer Based) works on latest version of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Internet
