What part does the theory of organizational behavior play in the

transformation of leadership strategies and the performance of
employees in organizations that are part of the public sector?

Organizational behavior is the subject of academic programs in business schools,

social work schools, and psychology schools. In order to investigate and test concepts,
these programs employ computer models, qualitative, and quantitative approaches,
drawing on the disciplines of anthropology, ethnography, and leadership studies. An
organization can learn how its employees behave and interact with one another as
well as with the organization itself by studying organizational behavior.
Organizations can use the findings to make adjustments that boost productivity and
performance while also raising employee satisfaction. These and other studies have
now developed into contemporary theories of decision-making and corporate
structure. The cultural aspects of organizations, such as how gender roles and race
impact teamwork and production, represent the new frontiers of organizational
behavior. By emphasizing open communication, individual needs, and employee
empowerment, transformational leadership creates a trusting and supportive work
environment that can lower stress levels and enhance worker wellbeing.
