We are in a period in which we are mainly making known to the public. Being a small company just starting their journey, the manufacture of products may be reduced, thus revenue and maintenance of the company.

We have little experience in the service sector.

Opportunities We have expertise in business management and marketing techniques. In technological terms we are on the same level as the competition. We are young and this allows us to provide our customers and innovative alternatives. As young entrepreneurs we support the government to invest in our company.

Strengths We will have advertising throughout the city, generating expectations and attracting the target audience. The uniqueness of our facility and products will be a key differentiator in the market. We will provide regular training to our employees on issues of personal and professional interest.

Threats We have plenty of competition, although services are not equal. Climate change could be an impediment to the sale of certain products. We do not have sufficient financial resources to establish the company. FINANCIAL REVIEW BUDGET UNITS TO SELL:

Through market research can be more accurate with the information acquired including surveys that provide data to conclude a fashion, that is, the highest percentage per question. The survey concluded contributions in various reviews that are positioned in their own tastes or diversity of personality, but they actually have different arguments.
