Weetbix (Wholegrain bix mixed with 250 ml milk & 1 banana) Lunch (1300 - 1400) Multigrain bread 2 slice & 2 Tometoes Sandwich - Multigrain bread 2 slice & 3 dried tomatoes & Spinach. Bowl of papaya & boiled vegetables.

Salad (Cabbage/grated carrot/cucumber/chopped tometoes & french Dressing)* 99% Fat Free Boiled vegetables or Lamb Liver curry + 1/2 French Dressing. + Home made Orange Juice or cup boiled rice or Apple juice + low fat Yogurt Salad (rufage) & 1 boiled egg Chickpea Salad Boiled vegetables with Lamb kidney wholegrain/multigrain bun with chicken salami or lamb liver + cabbage + tometoes + cucumber.
