Breakfast (0800 - 0900) Monday 250 ml of milk without sugar and fruits. Whole grain bread 02 slice and fruit. 250 ml of milk without sugar and 01 Banana. 01 bolied egg, 250 ml of milk & 01 Banana 250 ml of milk without sugar and fruits. 250 ml of milk 01 bolied egg, 250 ml of milk & 01 Banana Lunch (1300 - 1400) A cup of mixed-vegetable soup or green leafy vegetable soup. 4-5 tomatoes 2-3 small tomatoes One small bowlful of sprouts 4-5 tomatoes Rice & boiled vegetables 2-3 small tomatoes

Weetbix (Wholegrain bix mixed with 250 ml milk & 1 banana) Fruits with Yogurt, wheat bran & oats. 02 slice wholegrain bread with banana, honey & 1/2 tbs cinnamon. 250 ml milk, 2 slice multigrain bread, chicken liver or salami. 01 bolied egg, 02 slice of multigrain bread, 250 ml milk, honey. Papaya bowl.

Plan III (Final Plan) to be followed from 4th weeek onwards


Breakfast (0800 - 0900) Monday Orange Juice 250 ml OR 01 bolied egg & 250 ml of milk. Banana Smoothie (1 banana/1 tsp honey/1/2 cup milk). Weetbix (Wholegrain bix mixed with 250 ml milk & 1 banana) Lunch (1300 - 1400) Multigrain bread 2 slice & 2 Tometoes Sandwich - Multigrain bread 2 slice & 3 dried tomatoes & Spinach. Bowl of papaya & boiled vegetables.

Vegetarian Stir-fry Noodles

Salad (Cabbage/grated carrot/cucumber/chopped tometoes & french Dressing)* 99% Fat Free Boiled vegetables or Lamb Liver curry + 1/2 French Dressing. + Home made Orange Juice or cup boiled rice or Apple juice + low fat Yogurt Salad (rufage) & 1 boiled egg Chickpea Salad Boiled vegetables with Lamb kidney wholegrain/multigrain bun with chicken salami or lamb liver + cabbage + tometoes + cucumber. Steamed fish (tuna) or chicken breast dice & cold salad salad with grilled mushroom, chicken liver or lamb liver/kidney.

(75g Noodles/10 peas/1/4 Onions/1/4 capsicums/1/2 small carrot/50g baby corn/100g Tofu/1 tbs chilli sauce/1 clove garlic/2 tsp sesame oil/ salt).
