I, JOSE T. MANALO,of legal age, Filipino, a resident of
# 544 Puresa St. Brgy 564, Sta Mesa Manila, Philippines,
after having been duly sworn in accordance with the law,
depose and state THAT:

I am messenger for ATTY PATRICK M AVELIN,
herein counsel for the defendant, hereby certify that I
personally delivered defendants motion for extension of
time to file Answer to the office of counsel for the plaintiff on
September 27,2016 at 8:00am. Said motion was received by
the counsel for plaintiff, ATTY JEROME REYES personally.

That I am executing this affidavit to attest to
the truth of the foregoing and for whatever legal purpose it
may serve.
