AFFIDAVIT OF NO INCOME

I, TERESITA R. GABALES, of legal age, married, Filipino, and a resident of


Tabayon, Banga, Aklan, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby
depose and say:

1. That I am not gainfully employed and thus, I generate no income, and is only living
on the assistance and generosity of my relatives;

2. That I am not currently employed with any person, natural or juridical, and I have
not been gainfully employed for a very long time;

3. That I don’t own any kind of business and likewise not engaged in any form of
industry;

4. That my spouse is currently at Manila, and is likewise not gainfully employed and
not generating any income;

5. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts for all
legal intents and purposes and I further certify that the contents of this affidavit has
been duly explained to me in the dialect that I understand and speak, that is, in the
Akeanon dialect.
