
As an Accounts Assistant, your role will involve monitoring daily communications, answering queries, preparing statutory accounts, and working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers, and journals. You will be responsible for recording and filing cash transactions, controlling credit, chasing debt, processing invoices, and filing expenses. Additionally, you will need to process expense requests for the accountant to approve, conduct bank reconciliations, and maintain procedural documentation. Your duties will also include liaising with third-party providers, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily communications and answer queries

Qualifications Required:
- Degree in accounting, business, or finance (advantageous but not mandatory)
- Specialist training in AAT or Level 5 and Level 6 Business Administration, bookkeeping, or finance beneficial
- Proficiency in Tally software is a must
