You will lead a team of maintenance professionals, implement preventive maintenance programs, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life. - Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities to ensure high-quality workmanship. - Coordinate with production and engineering teams to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting production. - Maintain all manufacturing equipment, including mixers, grinders, polishers, melding, and other related machines. - Ensure proper functioning of auxiliary systems such as HVAC, water supply, and compressed air systems. - Manage the maintenance of the facility infrastructure, including electrical, plumbing, and structural components. - Supervise and lead the maintenance team, including technicians, mechanics, and electricians. - Conduct training and development programs to enhance team skills and knowledge. - Schedule and assign tasks to ensure efficient use of manpower and resources. - Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations. - Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment necessary for maintenance activities. - Approve and track maintenance expenditures and investments. - Maintenance of Ammonia plant. - Co-ordination and execution of activities at the site with third party service providers. - AMC & Calibration management. - Building a pool of vendors for the supply of critical and general spares for domestic as well as imported equipment. - Support IT team in asset tagging in the ERP system. - Working closely with the IT team for implementation of preventive maintenance through ERP by generating bill of materials (BOMs). - Creating and maintaining consumables list and maintaining attic stock for smooth operation and quick TAT, to ensure low downtime of equipment. - Establishing AMCs and SLAs both comprehensive and non-comprehensive with various service providers based on the type of equipment and utility. - Close co-ordination with internal stakeholders like operations and food safety team, for smooth execution of works without affecting day-to-day operations. - Establish processes related to permit to work including work method statements, Risk analysis (HIRA), LOTO, tools, and consumables traceability while carrying out maintenance activities in process areas etc. **Key Performance Indicator (KPI):** - Maintenance Planning and Execution. - Preventive maintenance tasks completed on schedule. - Reduction in unplanned downtime compared to the previous year. - Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) of critical equipment. - Adherence to the maintenance budget. - Reduction in maintenance costs year-over-year. - Inventory turnover rate for spare parts. **Safety:** - Number of safety incidents reported within the maintenance department. - Compliance rate with safety inspections and audits. - Number of corrective actions closed on time. **Desired Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering. - Additional Education in masters degree in engineering management, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field preferred. **Desired Experience:** - 15+ years of experience in a maintenance management role of Food/FMCG Manufacturing Industry with Exposure of high-volume production environments where equipment uptime is critical.,
