Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field. - 10+ years of experience in freight forwarding, handling both air and sea imports. - Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, INCOTERMS, and customs regulations. - Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple shipments simultaneously. - Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
