Role Overview: As a Bank Authorizer in Retail Banking at the Branch Banking department, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service to establish strong relationships with customers and ensure efficient and cost-effective engagement. You will engage with clients, handle customer service, manage operations, build up liabilities, conduct cross-sales, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements at the designated branch. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with customers daily to build up Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, and Term Deposits - Promote Asset & Wealth cross-selling to meet business targets - Offer need-based product solutions and assess customer needs for additional business from existing customers - Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly while ensuring compliance with banking regulations like Anti Money Laundering, KYC, and data security policies Qualification Required: - Hold a graduate or post-graduate degree in any discipline - Have at least 6+ years of relevant experience in the Banking or BFSI industry Success in this role will be measured by factors such as CA/SA/TD build-up, customer wallet share, product cross-sell targets, and performance scorecard achievements.
