Key Responsibilities: Perform general skilled labor to maintain the FEC facility and equipment including maintenance and repairs to mechanical equipment, technical equipment and building facilities. Maintain continuous preventive maintenance program, and reports. Actively attending the machine(Ride and Games) break down as needed to pick the up for the guest to maintain active productivity. Perform the set-up and take-down of rides, games, POS and server. Perform general monitoring and maintenance of the HVAC system, fire system surveillance systems and security system. Perform regular custodial and general ground maintenance services at the FEC Maintain proper equipment inventory along with records of equipment purchases, maintenance, and custodial supplies. Oversee all aspects of safety practices and procedures in a public assembly facility and maintain work areas in a clean and orderly manner. Follow written and oral instructions; act harmoniously and productively with co-workers and the general public; and produce accurate, concise and understandable reports. Qualification: Freshers are welcome. BE, B. Tech, Diploma, or ITI specialized in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical. *Previous experience in amusement park or entertainment centers is beneficial.
